This temporary job assignment is for the purpose of assisting in delivering first level technical support of computer and other technology issues for the Nutrition Services Office. The incumbent will assist with resolving problems using documented procedures.  Responds to routine calls for service and assistance.  Provides phone support, accesses systems remotely or visits sites as required.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Major in Computer Science preferred (Engineering or Mathematics majors acceptable). Education in interpreting user requirements, business applications design and development of business applications strongly preferred.
